After Trip Report : Seoul

I thought I would do like an after trip report which would cover my OOTDs and Fitbit readings from and during the trip.

Let’s start with my outfits.  This post was an afterthought so I didn’t think to take pics of my outfits while I was there – not in the habit of doing so lol, so instead what I’ve done is gotten pics of the various items off the internet. You’ll notice that I didn’t put pics of my accessories and that’s because I usually only wear my watch, my Fitbit Flex and stud earrings. I also didn’t include things like my intimate wear and socks – I figured it was necessary lol.

I’ve been wearing a Fitbit Flex for the last few months and I really wanted to take note of how far I walked each day during my trip. If you don’t know what a Fitbit Flex is, well it’s a personal tracker. What I like about the Flex over other brands is that it can connect to your iPhone/iPad/android device/pc via bluetooth so you can easily sync you tracker with your device without having to take it off. Here are the stats from my Fitbit for the duration of my trip.

Day Steps Taken Distance Travelled Calories Burned
1 15,047 10.27 km 2,410
2 22,190 15.11 km 3,049
3 22,072 15.08 km 2,946
4 23,201 15.8 km 2,798
5 18,493 12.62 km 2,419
6 5,333 3.68 km 1,978

If you have any questions about tricks and tips about Seoul, let me know and I’ll try to answer them all – based on my opinion of course.
